All of ORVIBO devices work with HomeMate app.

Please download HomeMate from Google Play Store or APP Store.

All of WiFi devices can’t be controlled without internet. ZigBee devices can be controlled in LAN.

Yes, It supports Chinese, English, Spanish, German, French, Japenese and Portuguese now.

HomeMate only supports China mainland mobile phone number at the moment.

Please check if you allow HomeMate to get the location permission on mobile phone.

1. Please check if you allow HomeMate to send the notification on mobile phone?
2. Go to the setting of HomeMate, enable the “Timing execution reminder”.
3. Make sure you are in “Arming outside” or “Arming at home” mode.

1. Enter “Me” page, Click “Automation”.
2. Tap the “+” symbol on the up right corner.
3. Change your Automation name, then Click “Add start conditions”.
4. Choose the sensor you need such as “Window & Door Sensor opened”.
5. Click “Device” on the pop up window, choose the devices you need.
6. Tap “Continue to add” to add the other device.
7. Set the action time, status and save the Automation

BLUE: ON

MixPad D1 requires a neutral wire for installation and is compatible with American standard electrical boxes. It does not require any custom wiring, modifications or hubs.

MixPad D1 is compatible with 120V/60Hz electrical power.

No, MixPad D1 only controls lighting devices. It’s not a substitute for switches that control non-lighting devices like fans, vents, outlets, smart bulbs, or floor heaters.

1. Go to “About”, and tap “Reset” on the buttom to access the “Restore to factory settings with data deleted” interface. Press “confirm.

2. For the old version, go to “About”, then long-press the “Device name/MixPad D1” section to access engineering mode, and tap “Reset” to access the “Restore to factory settings with data deleted” interface. Press “confirm”.

Remove the wall plate, pull out the Fast Switching Tab at the bottom, and push it back in after the screen goes black.

To restart the system, go to “About,” swipe down, click “Reboot,” and select “Confirm.”

Go to “Systerm Update” to check where there is the latest version. when MixPad D1 is connected to the internet, the latest version could be installed automatically at free time.

With MixPad D1 supporting the Matter protocol, users can simultaneously use the ORVIBO Home app and other third-party platforms or apps (such as Apple Home, SmartThings, Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, Tuya Smart, etc.) that support Matter to add and control devices, enabling cross-ecosystem inter connectivity.

1. The ORVIBO Home app offers more comprehensive functionality, including features such as scheduling, countdown timers, mode control, and device management.
2. Other Matter-supported apps can only control the lights connected to the MixPad D1 dimmer switch.

1. Make sure that your router supports and has IPv6 network enabled.

2. Add a HomePod, Google Assistant, or Alexa that supports the Matter protocol to your account.

3. Connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi network as the speaker/hub.

4. Follow the prompts in the app to complete the device setup.

The ORVIBO Home app should be at version 5.0.20.320 or higher.

For an enhanced user experience, it is recommended to upgrade your iPhone/iPad to iOS 16.4 or later versions.

You need to reset MixPad D1 and re-add it after completing the reset.Reset the device: Go to “Setting”, then”About”, then long-press the “Device name/MixPad D1” section to access engineering mode, and tap “Reset” to access the “Restore to factory settings with data deleted” interface. Press “confirm”.

1. Pull out the Fast Switching Tab under the Master Button and push it in, wait for MixPad D1 to reboot and try again.
2. If your phone system is iOS, please upgrade to iOS 16.4 or above.
3. If your phone system is iOS, please try to add MixPad D1 to ORVIBO Home app. If you cannot add MixPad D1 directly, you can use the Apple Home app to add it first, and then use the ORVIBO Home app to add it again. Or Use the Android version of the ORVIBO Home app to add it.
4. Do not add multiple MixPad D1 devices at the same time.

1.After the failure of network connection, scan the code again (if you have skipped the networking process, you can go to Setting-Add to App in MixPad D1 to scan the code) and add it again.
2. If it still fails after several retries, please try to reboot the device and try again.
3. If it still fails, you can use Apple Home to connect to the network, and then add it with ORVIBO Home app.
4. If Apple Home app also fails to connect to the network, please reboot your phone or upgrade the iOS system to the latest version and try again.

MixPad D1 is only compatible with ORVIBO brand switches.

MixPad D1 does not support being connected to a traditional switch as part of a 3-way circuit, as this can cause it to power off and go offline. But if you have two MixPad D1 switches or one MixPad D1 and one ORVIBO Smart Switch, you can wire them into a 3-way circuit. Please note actually the two switches in 3 way control is by Wi-Fi communication. If you have two MixPad D1 switches, please refer to the following diagram for the wiring method. If you have a MixPad D1 switch and an ORVIBO Smart Switch, you must connect the LOAD wire from the MixPad D1 to the LOAD wire of the circuit box. After installation, you can turn on and off the lights through the physical buttons of MixPad D1 without connecting to the network. For 3 way control, you need to connect to the network first and add another switch to the MixPad D1 device in the ORVIBO Home app. One MixPad D1 can control all the ORVIBO brand switches in your home, as long as they are properly wired into the circuit.

1. Quick Settings: Long press on the home page and select your favorite themes on the “Daily Changes” page and they will change once a day.
2. Detailed Settings: Set “Weather+Time+Switch” as the home page theme in “Personalise” of “Setting” or set “Daily Change” as the home page.

Yes, MixPad D1 can control the other light by wifi. Open ORVIBO Home app, go to “Me”-“MixPad/MixPad D1”-“Device”-“+”, and then select the lights which one will be controlled by the two MixPad D1 switches. Notice: MixPad D1 can only control lights.

To adjust the brightness of a dimmable light on the MixPad D1, go to “Settings” and select “Dimming.” Slide up or down to set the minimum brightness.

In order to use the voice intercom, both devices need to be connected to the same network. Voice Intercom allows you to make voice calls from the MixPad D1 to the MixPad D1 in other rooms. Go to “Me”-“MixPad D1”-“Intercom” and set it up. Press the virtual phone button to make a call.

In order to use the voice broadcast, both devices need to be connected to the same network. Broadcast function allows MixPad D1 to broadcast voice simultaneously across all rooms. Go to “Me”-“MixPad D1″-Broadcast,” and press (1S) and hold the button to turn on the broadcast. Release to stop it. The longest broadcast is 60 seconds, and it will stop automatically if it exceeds that.

1. The voice broadcast function requires all D1 devices to be connected to the same router. Please confirm that all D1 devices are connected to the same router: Swipe MixPad D1 to Settings page -Click “”WiFi” to check if the Wi-Fi names of all D1 devices are the same. If they are different, it means that they are not connected to the same router and need to be reconfigured to connect to the same router.
2. After confirming that the Wi-Fi names of all D1 devices are the same, click on 【About】 to check if the IP address segments of all D1 devices is the same. The IP address segments refers to the first 3 segments of the IP address. For example, if the IP address is 192.168.1.10, the IP address segments refers to the first 3 segments: 192.168.1. If the IP address segments is different, it means that they are not connected to the same router and need to be reconnected to the same router.
3. If after step 1 and step 2, you still can’t confirm whether all D1 devices are in the same router, please reconfigure all devices to ensure they are connected to the same router before using the voice broadcast function;
4. If you have completed all the above steps but still cannot use it normally, it is possible that the voice broadcast function is not yet compatible with your router brand, please try to change a router.

The red circle on the button indicates that the button has been held down for a long time, and the microphone is muted to protect your privacy. Press and hold the button again to use the microphone.

To connect to a Wi-Fi network, go to “Settings” on the MixPad D1, then “Wi-Fi,” and use the ORVIBO Home app to scan the QR code and choose the network you want to join.

There are three modes available: Vacation mode, Automatic mode, and Customized mode.
Vacation mode: Turns the lights on and off randomly to keep your home safe when you are away;
Automatic mode: Turns the light on and off automatically based on the room’s brightness;
Customized mode: Allows you to define different brightness levels.

To delete a scene, go to “Smart” on the ORVIBO Home app, click “…” on the tab of a scene, and then click “Delete Scene.”

Yes, to set the auto-lock period, go to “Display,” tap it, and find the “Auto-Lock Period.” Tap it, and then define the start and end time.

Go to “Settings” of MixPad D1, then “Language & Region” and set your preferred format.

1.MixPad D1 is compatible with most dimmable bulbs, the attached list shows some typical models for your reference.
2. If the dimmable bulb does not light up or flicker at low brightness, please increase the “Minimum Brightness” value in MixPad D1’s setting page until it can light up or does not flicker.
3. Compatible bulbs mean that the bulb can be dimmed, although the dimming performance of the bulb may not be the same as that of the incandescent or halogen lamps you have seen before. Depending on the quality of the bulb you choose and individual differences, compatible bulbs may still appear:
1). Have a smaller dimming range than incandescent or halogen bulbs.
2). Dimmer than incandescent bulbs or halogen bulbs.
3). Flicker or jitter at low brightness.
4). Some noise.

Note: This switch only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

1) Add devices automatically on Orvibo Home App.

If the indicator light flashes white slowly, you can add devices automatically.(If the indicator light does not flash white, press the button 2 times quickly, then press the button again until the indicator flashes slowly.)

   a. Tap on “+” at the upper right corner of the home page of Orvibo Home App.
   b. Tap on “Scan QR code to add device”,to scan the QR code on the product or user manual
   c. Follow the instruction on ORVIBO Home App to complete all remaining steps

2) Set up MixPad D1 to join a 3rd party Matter controller:

After it supports Matter, users can add and control devices simultaneously using Orvibo Home and other third-party platforms or apps that support Matter devices (Apple Home, Google Home/Assistant, Amazon Alexa, Doodle Intelligence, etc.) to achieve cross-ecosystem connectivity.

1) Make sure your home router supports IPV6 and is enabled.

2) The account should first add a HomePod, Google speaker or Alexa speaker that supports the Matter protocol.

3) The mobile phone is connected to the WiFi connected to the speaker, ensuring that the mobile phone and the speaker are in the same LAN.

4) Add the device as prompted by the App.

iOS version 16.1 or later. For a better experience, iPhone/iPad is recommended to upgrade to iOS 16.4 or later.

1) Light bulb(s) burned out
2) Breaker is OFF or tripped
3) Light not properly installed
4) Wiring error

You can reset after the installation completed. Quickly press the turn off button repeatedly for 4 times and then press the turn off button till the white light flashes slowly indicating the device is reset successfully and ready to be configured.

Some brand lamps flicker or dim if the power of lamp is low. This phenomenon is related to the structrue and drive of the lamp, and is not a switch auqlity problem. You can replace lamps with higher power or connect safety capacitors in parallel at both terminals of the lamp.

1) Confirm whether the switch enters the configuration state.
2) Re-power the power of switch and try again.
3) Press the Off button twice quickly, then keep pressing the button until white indicator flashes slowly, to enter the network access state. If blue indicator flashes quickly 3 times instead of the white indicator flashing slowly, the dimmer switch has joined Orvibo and Matter networks already, you need to reset it as below to join a new account or network.
4) Press the Off button 4 times quickly, then keep pressing the button until the white indicator flashes slowly, to reset and enter the network access state .

WHITE: ON
Flash RED quickly: Configuration mode

1) Install “HomeMate” app into smart phone, download from APP STORE or Google Play Store.
2) Plug the Socket.
3) Tap “+”symbol on the up right corner, and click the “Smart Socket” option. Tap “S25/S31”, then tap “next”.
4) Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 6 seconds until you see a rapid flashing RED LED light.
5) Ensure your smart phone or tablet device and “HomeMate” APP is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
6) Select “HomeMate_AP” from network list. Then go back to “HomeMate”, key-in the password of your router or modem with internet and Wi-Fi access, tap “Connect”.
7) Wait for 60 seconds while the HomeMate APP is seaching for your device.
8) Remember to Tap “Save”. Installation completed, you can control your socket via HomeMate app.

There are several reasons as below.
1) If your smart phone or pad is Android system please make sure the version of system update to 4.0 or above.
2) During configuring, APP will automatically notice the name of router, if the APP can’t find your router please check your smart phone and WiFi connection.
3) Please check if you give the right password with WiFi.
4) Please check if your router can support wireless IEEE802.11b/g/n standard.
5) Please make sure you enter the right user name of the internet.
6) Please make sure your router security mechanism is WEP, WPA-PSK or WPA2-PSK, we recommend WPA/WPA2.
7) Please make sure you have available IP for the router, if not you can disconnect other device and try again.
8) None of the above, according to the manual please configure again.

Please configure smart socket and wireless router again.

Please check if WiFi is disconnected or not available, and try to restart router.

Every smart socket Max supports 15 timing tasks.

Please check if Wi-Fi is disconnected or not available, and try to restart router.

Please check as below:
1) Please check if router has a specific setting, such as security protection, user name is requested, password for connection.
2) Wrong password.
3) Router DHCP is closed.
4) Router prevents Smart Camera connecting.

As the name of my socket is “light”.
Turn ON/OFF the device.
User: “Alexa, turn on/off the light”
Alexa: OK.

1. Connect the socket to HomeMate APP first.
2. Log in Amazon Alexa APP, tap the menu icon and clikd “Smart Home” button.
3. Type in “HomeMate” and click “search” icon.
4. Choose the “HomeMate” skill and click “ENABLE” button.
5. Please login your HomeMate account on the pop up window.
6. The last step, press “discover devices” button to discover the socket.
7. Now you could control the socket via Amazon Alexa.

There are the operation as below:
1) Install “HomeMate” client into smart phone, download from APP STORE or Google Play Store.
2) Power on the mini hub, connect your mobile phone and mini hub to the same router.
3) Enter “HomeMate” app, Tap “+” symbol on the up right corner, then click the “Smart Hub” option. Tap “ZigBee Mini Hub”, then tap “Start to add”.
4) Wait for “HomeMate” APP to search your hub. Then click “Add” button.
5) Remember to Tap “Save”. Installation completed, you can continual to add other ZigBee devices.

DC5V 1A, micro USB

Please go to the “Me” page on “HomeMate” APP, then you can find the smart hub on “My Hub” page.

There are several reasons as below
1) Please check if your router can support wireless IEEE802.11b/g/n standard.
2) Please make sure your router security mechanism is WEP, WPA-PSK or WPA2-PSK, we recommend WPA/WPA2.
3) Please check if your router has open DHCP.
4) Please check if you had power on the Smart Hub and connected well to network.
5) Please check if your mobile phone and Smart Hub connected to the same router.
6) Please check if you had add this Smart Hub to another account.
7) None of the above, according to the manual please configure again.

The smart hub is upgrading, please keep the smart hub power on for five minutes.

Please connect your mini hub to the new router by network cable. Then power on the smart hub, and it will connect to network itself.

Press the button on smart hub for four time, and long press it until the LED light turn off at the fifth time, wait about one minute until the LED light turn on, which means that the device has been reset. This operation will wipe out all data in hub.

STA indicator light keeps on: Working normally.
ZigBee indicator light flashes once time:One device has been triggered.
ZigBee indicator light keeps slowly flashing: Searching devise.

The operation to add Smart Switch.
1. Connect ZigBee Smart Hub to HomeMate APP.
2. Press the button on Switch for five time, and long press it until it fast flash at fifth time to reset it.
3. Then, press the button again, when the LED light slow falshing, you can connect it to the hub.

1800W(resistive)/1000W(incandescent)/0.5HP(motor)/1200VA(ballast)

Install one ON/OFF switch and one Scene switch.

Flash slowly red light: configuration mode; Flash rapidly red light: factory reset.

Without the smart hub, the remote functions with network will be unavailable, but you can turn on/off the switch manually.

1. Check if the switch flash slowly light?
2. Check if the smart hub is in the configuration mode?
3. Remove the electricity, and repower the switch.
4. Place the switch near to smart hub and try again.

1. Connect the switch to HomeMate APP first.
2. Log in Amazon Alexa APP, tap the menu icon and clikd “Smart Home” button.
3. Type in “HomeMate” and click “search” icon.
4. Choose the “HomeMate” skill and click “ENABLE” button.
5. Please login your HomeMate account on the pop up window.
6. The last step, press “discover devices” button to discover the switch.
7. Now you could control the switch via Amazon Alexa.

The operation to add Smart Switch.
1. Connect ZigBee Smart Hub to HomeMate APP.
2. Press the button on Switch for five time, and long press it until it fast flash at fifth time to reset it.
3. Then, press the button again, when the LED light slow falshing, you can connect it to the hub.

Press the button on Outlet for five time, and long press it until it fast flash at fifth time to reset it.
